We are licensed by the Ohio Department of Public Safety / Homeland Security and are fully insured. William Howard, the firm's owner and operator, is a retired Dayton Police commander. Most of his law enforcement career was spent conducting and supervising criminal investigations and crime prevention.
As one of the first crime-prevention officers in the United States, William Howard has always believed that the ultimate goal was to prevent crime rather than apprehend criminals. If pre-planning can prevent a crime or other occurrence, it is to everyone’s benefit. That is especially true when a business must conserve all of its resources.
Our staff is comprised of former police officers and augmented by other highly trained support personnel having the experience, training and education to provide your company with the best investigative or security service available.
